The real basics of a plan

Sticking to a training plan is tough - particularly when it's cold and wet outside. At a minimum each week you should include a shorter faster run, some element of intervals and a long run.


Always make sure you listen to your body and do not push yourself too hard. You should always consult a doctor to ensure you are not putting your health at risk.
